Neeliya.com is a proprietary brand owned and operated by AYURVEDA YOGASHRAM REMEDIES PRIVATE LIMITED. We are a Manufacturer, Seller, and Marketer of Ayurvedic medicines and herbal supplements. We hold the necessary retail/wholesale licenses to sell these products in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and FSSAI regulations.

2. Products and Services

We sell Ayurvedic skin, beauty, and hair care products, herbal supplements, and related health products. All products listed on the website are 100% authentic.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines depend on your location but typically range from 3–7 business days.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Returns: Due to the nature of health products, we do not accept returns on opened bottles or packages. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement. There is no replacement on used products.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days back to the original payment method.
